We provide a range of services, which aim to improve the performance of dyslexic workers through developing relevant strategies and skills. The Independent Dyslexia Consultants offer specialist coaching for dyslexic workers to develop new working methods, increase motivation and enable them to work more efficiently and effectively, and improve individual performance. We also help employees with self advocacy (being able to explain what they need in order to work best).
We also provide training and consultancy for managers, trainers and HR staff. Managers having a good understanding of the individual differences in dyslexic colleagues can be key.
